Admittedly, there are quite a lot of Audio Visual companies out there and it is hard to differentiate between them all. But why us? This is a very good question that we will try to answer...
- We think life is hard enough, so we will not use jargon to bamboozle you – although if you really want us to, we can.
- All of our proposals are completely tailored to your needs. We do not copy another customer’s proposal just because we think it will suit you. Even if you have a preference of a particular product because of conformity to previous installations, if there is a better product that we feel is a more suitable solution, we will recommend it – but not push it. The choice is entirely yours.
- We have the ability to supply every Audio Visual product on the current market and are not restricted by ties to manufacturers or suppliers.
- We only sell what you need. We will never ‘up-sell’ to you. If we suggest additions, they are only because we genuinely feel that it would be of benefit to you and your system and they would be explained as such.
- Our proposals clearly state what the system will do for you and why we have selected the equipment shown.
- We have an eye for detail – loose trunking and exposed cables, to us are not acceptable. The aesthetics of an installation are incredibly important to us.
- Trust, honesty and friendliness. They are simple words but the ones that best describe our company from everyone involved; our customers, suppliers, staff and trade partners. Without these values, we wouldn’t still be operating nearly a decade on with the same people as we started with and gaining new business regularly.
