Design:
Our design service cover all aspects of an Audio Visual installation from relatively simple installations such as interactive whiteboards in classrooms and projectors in meeting rooms through to large scale projects, such as a building refurbishment or relocation. From the very outset, we listen carefully to our customers to fully understand your requirements and needs. We never give the hard sell or recommend products that you don’t really need – every single proposal we supply is bespoke to each project. We are not tied to any manufacturer or distributer and as such we can offer any Audio Visual product currently on the market at competitive prices.
Supply:
We supply the full range of Audio Visual equipment currently on the market. We are happy to supply equipment to customers who know exactly what they wish to purchase and likewise to those that would like the assistance of our experienced technicians to help them decide the best option for their requirements. The supply of Audio Visual equipment can be stand alone or in conjunction with any of our other services, the flexibility is yours.
Installation:
From an initial free site survey to ascertain your project requirements through to the final handover of your installation, Medbrook Services Ltd will smoothly guide you through the process. Our technical and installation expertise along with an eye for detail has come about after nearly a decade of experience - it’s one of the reasons why our customers keep coming back time after time.
All of our installation engineers are health and safety trained and are registered with E.C.A and C.S.C.S.
Maintenance and support:
A well maintained system prolongs the life of your equipment. For your peace of mind, Medbrook Services Ltd offer tailor made maintenance agreements to suit the size of your system and your budget.
Our support technicians are available throughout the year to address any problems that may arise. We are fully conversant not only with the latest equipment but are experienced enough to deal with older systems of all types too.

We fully understand the complexities of Audio Visual but we don’t make it complicated.
We can and do give honest advice and recommendations, as if your customer were our own. But they are not ours, nor will they ever know that it is us producing the designs/installations/support.
