Our historyEstablished in 2001, Medbrook Services Ltd initially provided services and products solely to trade partners. Through this we have helped assist several start-up Audio Visual companies through to multi million pound turnover organisations, the majority of whom still rely either in part or entirely on Medbrook Services Ltd for project management, installation and support of their own Audio Visual service provisions.
Through our trade business and directly to the end user, we have designed and implemented Video conferencing and Audio Visual systems for many Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
And as time has gone on, the number of direct customers we serve has increased.
Our aim has always been and will always be - to offer a friendly, professional service completely bespoke to our customers needs along with high levels of customer service.

This enables us to select the ideal products at the best value for money for your requirements from those available in the whole of the market. We frequently deliver systems that do more and cost less than proposed systems from other companies, quite simply because we research the market.
This along with our passion for excellent customer service has been reflected in that nearly all of our business to date has come either as a referral from a satisfied customer or as repeat business.
We believe that the best advice comes from experience and that is ultimately achieved from physically using the various products on the market to fully understand their pro’s and con’s in every environment. All site surveys and recommendations come from our team of experienced technicians – we don’t do the hard sell but what we do offer is honest opinions and recommendations based on years of hands-on experience.
The key to our success is our people, without them there would be no business. Good teamwork is only achieved if everyone is treated with fairness, consideration and respect. And teamwork is necessary to ensure the high levels of customer satisfaction that we aim for.
We like to give our staff the opportunity to grow and develop their personal interests and skills both in work and with activities that positively contribute to our community. In recent years, our staff have participated in the Young Enterprise program – teaching local primary school children about citizenship and business, served as school governors and raised money for various local charities, as well as work related training courses. Doing business in our local community is important to us but so is giving something back.
